HomeTowne Studios Chantilly

Pet Policy

HomeTowne Studios Chantilly welcomes travelers with pets at its location on Brookfield Corporate Drive. The hotel generally allows up to one well-behaved dog or cat per room, with a maximum pet weight of 80 pounds. A pet fee of $15 per night, plus applicable taxes, is charged, capped at $105 per stay. Pets should be supervised, and guests may be asked to keep them crated when left unattended in the room. Service animals are welcome without a pet charge. Because policies can change and certain room restrictions may apply, it is wise to confirm pet availability directly with the hotel before booking.
